I'm Jason Dias, an SVP of Engineering with 27 years of experience building and leading teams that deliver innovative, high-scale solutions across digital creative agencies, gaming, and programmatic advertising.
Currently at Pixalate, I've developed and optimized massively scaled APIs and services for programmatic advertising analytics, fraud detection, and media/app intelligence. My extensive experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP) has saved companies millions in annual cloud spend through smarter implementations and optimizations.
Beyond engineering, I've managed and mentored Engineering and Data Science teams, contributed to product strategy, designed user experiences, written technical requirements, and worked directly with customers to deliver impactful solutions.

Earlier in my career, I worked at Riot Games on League of Legends, one of the most popular games in the world with over 150 million monthly players. Before that, I developed Facebook games at CIE Games where Car Town reached 8.2 million players, and spent years in the digital creative agency world building interactive experiences for major brands.
